1.If any product with quality or damage problem, we accept your return or exchange. Because of too low price, we can’t afford return or exchanging shipping charge; and the first shipping charge is not refundable under any condition.
2.Any product should be in original condition before return, or we will not accept the parcel returned.
3.Quality problem includes broken-hole, un-sew, damage segment.
4.Non quality problem includes kink mark, press mark, wrong size selected.
5.We can’t accept no reason return or exchange, or because of personal preference. Please check clearly the products in your parcel, and if you do receive quality problem products, just contact us within 7 days after receipt, send the exact photos to show what problem is. After our designer confirm, we will go on the return or exchange procedure.
7.The color is shown differently because of different display and camera, and it’s not possible to make the items to be completely the same like the advertisement picture as well as Aziz Max. Please take reference to our real photos of most styles.
8.The order is not cancelable after the order was arranged, but if you really need to change, please contact us within 12 hours after the order processed.
